Indoor Riding and Fitness at Cycling Concepts
Just because your outdoor riding season
is coming to a cold, dark
finale doesn't mean you should hang up your bike and let your cycling and
fitness gains slip away.
Instead, set new goals and achieve them at Cycling Concepts by joining our indoor
rides! Riders at all fitness levels will enjoy our indoor rides. We use Coach Troy's Spinervals DVDs. The first
two
sessions will be On The Road virtual rides. Then we'll move up to base building.
Finally, we will work on endurance, mental
toughness, climbing, and time trial training. Be prepared to ride stronger, make
friends, and have fun!
Before you know it the sun will shine on outdoor riding and you'll be in the
best shape ever!
