Question: I live outside of North America and I would like to participate in the Share the Ride promotion.

Answer: Thank you for your interest and support. Unfortunately we are not able to make The Share the Ride offer available outside North American dealers.

Question: Is the program available on all Cervélo models and years?

Answer: The Share the Ride offer is available on all complete Cervélo bikes (excluding the P1) that are either on the retail floor or that can be ordered, received and sold on or before January 31st, 2012.

Question: I purchased a new Cervélo before the offer start date of December 16th, 2011; can I participate in this promotion?

Answer: Thank you for support. Unfortunately only purchases made during the promotion dates of December 16th, 2011 to January 31st, 2012 are eligible for the rebate.

Question: Some local dealers have marked down the price on in-stock Cervélo models. Does the Share the Ride $2,000 rebate apply in addition to the reduced price?

Answer: The $2,000 rebate applies only to the original MRSP and can’t be combined with any other discounts, offers or promotions. Please note that the Cervélo P1 is excluded from this promotion.

Question: Is the discount for me or the dealer?

Answer: The discount is for you the customer and will be applied at the time of purchase once all terms and conditions of the offer are met.

Question: Does the offer apply to framesets as well, or only complete bikes?

Answer: The offer only applies to complete bikes.

Question: Is this offer available at all dealers and on all models?

Answer: The offer is only available at participating dealers in North America and applies only to all complete Cervélo bikes (excluding the P1) that are either on the retail floor or that can be ordered, received and sold on or before January 31st, 2012

1. Offer only applies to all in-store stock or models currently available from Cervélo before January 31, 2012.
   1. Offer is subject to availability.
   2. Product range and sizing may vary per dealer.
   3. Both bikes must be purchased from the same store.
   4. Both bikes must be paid in full and received on or before January 31, 2012.
2. To receive your $2,000 discount, you may either:
   1. Purchase two complete Cervélo bikes at the same time and, at the time of purchase, have your dealer register them online or have the dealer complete a registration form; or
   2. Purchase one complete Cervélo bike, obtain a Purchase Certificate via email by registering the bike online at the owners registration page and then redeem the Purchase Certificate for a $2,000 discount at the time you purchase the second complete bike at the same dealer from whom you purchased the first bike.
      1. You must provide both the proof of purchase for the first bike and the Purchase Certificate (where applicable) to receive the discount.
      2. Both the proof of purchase and Purchase Certificate must include the customer’s name, contact number and email address, the serial number of the first bike and the name of the dealer.
3. This offer is not inclusive of the Cervélo P1 model.
4. This offer is only available from December 16, 2011 until midnight January 31, 2012.
5. All purchases must be made within the offer dates.
6. Returns are not permitted under the terms of this offer.
7. Exchanges are only permitted in the event that the bike is deemed to be defective.
8. Subject to dealer participation.
9. Offer subject to change without notice.
